We purchased our home in Mississauga as-is and without an inspection, knowing that it would require a complete renovation. We hired Ace Build Contracting for Phase 1, which included a full transformation of the main floor and upper floor.

The final result honestly exceeded our expectations. Ace Build Contracting transformed an outdated house into a modern, beautiful and functional home. The new layout, finishes and overall workmanship made the property feel like a completely different house. Their team also handled the unexpected challenges that can arise when renovating an as-is property and guided us through the process.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the renovation and would confidently recommend Ace Build Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable general contractor for a full home renovation in Mississauga.

We trust their team enough that we are already planning to hire them again next year for Phase 2 of our project: legalizing and renovating the basement into a rental unit so we can generate additional income from the property. We would absolutely work with Ace Build Contracting again.

Ace Build Contracting FAQs

• Is Ace Build Contracting licensed and insured in Ontario?

Its website says yes: it is WSIB covered, carries $5 million in liability coverage, holds an ESA and ECRA electrical contractor licence and shows an HCRA licensed custom home builder mark. No licence numbers are published, so ask for them and check the HCRA public register. Ontario has no provincial renovation licence.

• What are Ace Build Contracting's hours?

Google lists Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with Sunday closed, read October 31, 2026. The office is Unit 22A at 1445 Bonhill Road in Mississauga and works by appointment. The phone is 905-904-3511.

• Does Ace Build Contracting offer a warranty or financing?

Its website lists a one-year workmanship warranty and says financing is available for renovations in Mississauga and the GTA, with options up to $100,000. Ask for the warranty wording and the financing terms in writing before you sign.

• Is Ace Build Contracting licensed and insured?

We checked 0 of 4 credentials against the issuing authority. Verified items carry the date we checked; reported items are what the business told us and we could not independently confirm.

• What areas does Ace Build Contracting serve?

Mississauga. Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. Confirm your address before scheduling, particularly at the edge of a service area.

• Does Ace Build Contracting offer emergency service?

Emergency availability is not listed for this company. If you need an urgent call-out, check the ranking for companies that do list it.

• What warranty do they offer?

One-year workmanship warranty, per its website. There are usually two warranties on a job: the manufacturer covers materials, the contractor covers workmanship. Get both in writing and check whether the workmanship coverage transfers if you sell.

• How was this profile built?

Credentials come from issuing authorities, ratings from the company's Google Business Profile with the date we read them, and the editorial take from our own review of estimates, warranty documents and public feedback. Anything the business told us is labelled as reported.

• Can a business pay to improve its profile?

A business can subscribe to manage its own listing details, and it can buy a labelled sponsored placement. Neither changes a ranking position or the editorial assessment on this page.
