We had a fantastic experience with Aspen Wood Floors, and especially with Ahmad, who was our sales contact throughout the project.

Ahmad was absolutely incredible to work with. As anyone who has been through a renovation knows, things change and unexpected needs come up along the way. Every time we needed to troubleshoot something or quickly add additional materials to keep the project moving, Ahmad was responsive, knowledgeable, and immediately found a solution for us.

What really stood out was how easy he made the entire process. There was never any stress or feeling that we were inconveniencing him — just genuinely great service and a willingness to help us get everything right.

The quality of the materials was excellent, but the level of service is what would make us return to Aspen Wood Floors again. Thank you, Ahmad, for going above and beyond for us throughout the project. Highly recommend.

After buying our home, we chose Aspen Wood Floors to completely replace the flooring throughout the house. We selected an engineered hardwood floor with an oak finish, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The team took careful measurements and provided a detailed quote before the work began. Everyone was professional, respectful, and always willing to answer our questions clearly. They paid close attention to details such as the transitions between rooms and the baseboards, which made the finished result look seamless. Once the installation was complete, we did a final walkthrough together, and they fixed the few minor issues we noticed on the very same day. Overall, I feel we received excellent value for the money. The only small downside was that the installation had to be postponed by about a week because of their busy schedule during the peak season. Other than that, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The new hardwood floors have completely transformed the look and feel of our home. I would definitely recommend Aspen Wood Floors to anyone considering new hardwood flooring.

I recently had Aspen Wood Floors install engineered hardwood floors throughout my home. They also updated the stairs, replaced closet doors and did some painting. My experience from start to finish was outstanding. The customer service was top notch from all staff in the showroom, as well as the flooring installation crew and renovation team. The attention to detail is unbelievable and the communication from everyone was great. I am thrilled with the end result and I would highly recommend Aspen for any flooring/renovation needs!

Company Background

About Aspen Wood Floors

Aspen Wood Floors runs a showroom in Units 8 and 9 at 505 Queensway East, near Cawthra Road. Its website says the company has served the GTA since 1995 and gives its tagline as premium flooring, expert guidance and professional installation. Products include hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl, laminate and cork from Canadian manufacturers, with underlayment, vents and contractor accessories. Services listed are design consultation, installation, staircase remodeling, sanding and refinishing, trim and baseboards, and painting and home improvements.

The showroom lets customers borrow large floor samples to try at home, and reviewers describe a home visit for the estimate. David is the person named most often. One homeowner replaced old hardwood in a bungalow after visiting in September 2024. Another had engineered hardwood laid throughout the house, plus stairs, closet doors and some painting, and praised the showroom staff, the install crew and the renovation team. A condo owner thanked installers Ali and Babal for punctual, clean work, and a basement customer had 2,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank installed. A long-time customer says Aspen has been their flooring company for over 20 years.

Aspen Wood Floors has 4.8 stars from 87 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026. Showroom hours are 8 to 5:30 on weekdays and 9 to 4 on Saturdays, closed Sunday.

It suits homeowners who want to see and borrow samples, then have the same company handle the floor, stairs and finishing. It suits less well anyone chasing the lowest bid, since the focus is on premium brands. Before booking, get a written estimate after the home visit, ask who will install and whether they are employees, and ask for details of the subfloor leveling in the quote.
