During our basement renovation we wanted to move our furnace, water tank, HRV, and softener. They came up with a solution that made the best use of space in the utility room and gave us the extra storage we needed. They also made sure the disruption to our AC and water during the day was minimal.August 2025Google

We needed a new unit as this one was outdated and unable to be repaired. We were quoted a good price on a Lennox air conditioner AND they were able to come out and install it the very next day. They arrived promptly and were very respectful to be sure to keep my home clean. A team of 3 gentlemen showed up and were able to get my new AC up and running in no time. Cannot be happier with the service and with Avis. I will definitley recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you for making this a painless experience Avis!!July 2025Google

- michael chiu5.0Thank you Shan and Neel for installing a Lennox furnace to replace my broke one. These guys are very efficient and neat. They are very focus on their work and coordinated very well. They brought their rug to cover the area from the door to the furnace room before the installation and cleaned and tidied the area after the installation. All debris and waste boxes were removed; the old furnace was dumped to the end of the driveway (which was collected by junk collector later) Thank you also for the advices for keeping the filter clean very 3 months to make sure the furnace can run in its best shape. I would highly recommend anyone who would need to replace his/hers furnace. Price is better very good. I paid more for the price on my broken down furnace 18 years ago. Full marks for everything they have done on the installation.December 2024Google
