- marie-josee frenette1.0I had an appointment scheduled with Bob’s Heating & Cooling today for a quote on a central heat pump and two new baseboards. I arranged to be home and took the day off work specifically to accommodate the appointment. Unfortunately, no one showed up. After waiting and receiving no communication, I called to find out what had happened. I was then informed that, despite having provided all of my information, my appointment had never actually been entered into their system. In other words, I had taken a day off work and made arrangements based on an appointment that, unbeknownst to me, had never been properly scheduled. This is particularly disappointing given that I was considering spending at least $15,000 on their services. When a customer is making a significant investment and taking time away from work to accommodate an appointment, I believe the bare minimum is professionalism, communication, and accountability. I was offered another appointment, which I declined. After reading through the company’s previous reviews, I was also concerned to see that issues involving communication and accountability appear to have been raised by other customers as well. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they are handled. In this case, the lack of organization and failure to take responsibility left me with very little confidence in moving forward with such a substantial purchase. Ultimately, I’m actually relieved that the appointment was missed before I committed thousands of dollars to the company. This experience has made my decision not to proceed much easier.August 2026Google

They repaired the issue, but it broke again within a few days. We also waited two weeks after requesting a quote and never received a response. Then Darren came, quickly identified the problem, and had everything fixed within two days. We are extremely happy with the service and truly appreciate everything he did.
