  These guys did a great job fixing some cracks in my foundation! Al came out to scope the work and was very transparent about what would be done, covering everything from the foundation work (repair process, materials used, etc.) to how they'd get the trucks in and out, and made sure to explain what is and isn't included. We had received 5 other quotes and felt like this one gave us the most bang for our buck when looking at cost, scope of work, and warranty. We also just had an overall good vibe from our conversation with Al that made us feel more comfortable. They were also able to schedule the work sooner than everyone else, which didn't influence our decision too much but was a nice bonus. Once the work started, Al communicated throughout on progress updates, timeline, and curveballs. He discussed with us before doing anything that could add cost, presenting pros and cons for the options we had, helping us to make informed decisions. If you need to get foundation work done and haven't spoken with Al Braden yet, I'd highly recommend reaching out. The completed work looks great and the overall experience was great. We'll definitely be going back to Braden Foundation if any future work is needed!

  Braden Foundation replaced my garage floor and repaired garage foundation. They did excellent work and completed the job without any hassles or worry. Their pricing was very competitive and the work was well planned by knowledgeable staff. The job was completed by a skilled and experienced team who took pride in their work; management stayed on top of the job to ensure it was completed thoroughly and on time, and always communicated well with me on job progress.   Braden Foundation has been exceptional from start to finish. After consulting more than a dozen companies, it was clear that Ryan, Al, and their entire team stood out for their professionalism, honesty, and deep expertise. Over the last three years, they supported me and my family through an extremely complex structural and environmental situation involving engineers, lawyers, and multiple agencies. Their patience and knowledge were evident at every step. Their expertise gave us confidence throughout the process. They communicated clearly, challenged assumptions when needed, and consistently acted in our best interest. They truly had our backs. Their workmanship is outstanding. They completed the necessary foundation repairs and returned this summer to thoroughly clean the entire site (the cleanup alone was impressive !). During the work, some siding and my side door were accidentally damaged, and they repaired and fully replaced everything, including the frame, handle, and lock, without any hassle and at no extra cost. This level of honesty and accountability is rare. Their dedication was remarkable. Their team worked through extreme conditions, from –40°C in winter to +40°C in summer, and never compromised on quality. They showed up, stayed committed, and treated my home as if it were their own. I am extremely grateful for their dedication and highly recommend Braden Foundation to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and reliable professionals.   "I recently hired Braden Foundation after receiving five different quotes, and they landed right in the sweet spot price-wise—neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. The estimator and project manager, Ryan, was exceptionally responsive to all my calls and emails throughout the process. The job was completed right on schedule, and the final cost matched the estimate exactly with no hidden surprises. The crew on-site was fantastic—hardworking, polite, and they did a great job tidying up completely when finished. I have zero complaints and am very satisfied with the final result.   Alex and his team are incredible. I can't begin to tell you how easy they are to work with. I was a very anxious client already and i was immediately at ease. Communication, professionalism and quality of work is above and beyond. I would recommend Braden construction to anyone.   Detailed and thorough! I highly recommend Braden Foundation! Ryan and his crew did an excellent job repairing our sewer pipe and adding a protective valve to our system. From initial contact to the final cleanup, the entire process was seamless. Ryan walked me through all repair stages in great detail and provided prompt solutions. Most importantly, they were honest—they never took advantage of the situation or tried to upsell me on unnecessary work. The team was clean, professional, and kept a great attitude even during stressful moments. They were also available over the phone at all times to answer questions. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services!
