  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Yousef and his company. We contacted him after experiencing significant water damage at our home, and from the beginning he was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and extremely easy to deal with. What I appreciated most was that Yousef took the time to properly assess the situation and explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and why. There was never any pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary work. He was straightforward with his recommendations and genuinely seemed more concerned with making sure the problem was fixed properly than simply getting the job. The quality of the work was excellent, communication was great throughout the process, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Having worked in construction myself for many years, I have a pretty good idea of what good workmanship and good customer service look like, and Yousef delivered on both. It’s difficult to find contractors you can genuinely trust, especially when dealing with something as stressful as water damage to your home. Yousef is one of those people I would have no hesitation recommending to friends or family. Thanks again, Yousef. Great work and very much appreciated.

  I messaged them about a window well needing to be hand dug because of our deck. This was their response. Sarcastic and unprofessional. We have a flooding basement and they respond with sarcasm. If you can't do a job just say so. I'll keep posting this every few weeks. This is a terrible response to a client in need. I called 10 because I wanted to know if anyone could get here in under 2 weeks. Here's photos of my 'scam basement' My business is not a scam, this is my home and you treated my ask for help like a joke.

  We requested a quote to assess how the foundation could be waterproofed and to determine whether any existing cracks were a cause for concern. He took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and what I need to monitor, and he answered all of our questions. It was also interesting to learn about their innovative methods for foundation repair and the extensive warranties they offer. Based on this experience, we would definitely choose this company for any future foundation repairs.
