    Was very eager to give me a quote and make me sign the quote. Once I signed I was ghosted. No response. Called 3 times and every time a AI bot answers and says they will call me back. It's been a week and no call back. No response to my email as well. I just want to know when they are going to come and do the work. Be careful of putting a deposit down with these guys since it might be a scam. UPDATE: they contacted me after a few hours of posting this review. Seems to be due to high amount of jobs and they are still getting used to their AI system. Will bump it up to a 3 since not a scam.

    We are very happy with the Adex Graphex system Calgary Parging installed on our home to help prevent further woodpecker damage. When I contacted several companies, Calgary Parging was one of the quickest to respond and provided a fair and reasonable quote. The project took about two months to complete, partly because of the curing time required between layers, Calgary’s unpredictable weather, and the busy summer season, but we were very pleased with the final result. The finished stucco looks great, and the new colour matches the existing exterior extremely well. The crew was also very respectful of our property, cleaning and organizing the work area at the end of each day and leaving the yard spotless once the project was finished. Everyone at Calgary Parging was professional, patient, and honest when answering my many questions throughout the process. The 10-year warranty also gives us great peace of mind, especially knowing the woodpeckers may return in the future. I would highly recommend Calgary Parging to anyone dealing with EIFS, stucco, or other exterior wall issues.

    Rini at Calgary Parging was easy to communicate with and their pricing is competitive. Scheduled days of work could be better communicated a little better - the team just showed up, however there was no disruption to my day and the work done was very professional. My house is 23 years old - I was very surprised at how close the color matching was to the existing/ aged stucco, hard to tell any work was done at all other than the obvious woodpecker holes no longer there. Very happy with the work.
