  • Elena Nestico5.0Finding reliable, skilled professionals are hard to find. Letting them into my home and trusting them not to scam me, makes it even harder. Mike returned my call, fit my service in his day, did an exceptional job and answered all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any of your plumbing needs.August 2026Google
  • Amanda Vitorio5.0I gave Mike a call after receiving an excellent review on his work at my parents' place. He came to look at my sump pump back up and was able to quickly find the solution to the problem. He gave a couple suggestions for replacement/repair. About a week afterward, he reached out to let me know that he came across an extra part that would work with my unit and let me have it at no cost. I feel that he truly went above and beyond.August 2026Google
  • Free C5.0I have to say my experience with Lakeview Plumbing had been nothing but fantastic. This is my second time, calling Mike and both were fairly urgent situations. Mike went out of his way to come on the 2nd day after calling him and already having both days booked. He went above and beyond and is extremely patient and friendly. He takes the time to explain what is happening and what needs to be done in your home for the issues I was experiencing. He is thorough and is fairly priced and does not try to sell you or try to fix things that do not need anything. He is very genuine and honest. Thank you for your help and support Mike. You really saved me once again.August 2026Google
  • Dianne Warrick5.0We had a great experience dealing with Mike. Fast, efficient, reliable and affordable! We would definitely use his services again.August 2026Google
  • Steve Colley5.0On time, price as quoted, work completed as expected and full clean up after.August 2026Google
  • Barry Johnson5.0After the floods in Niagara getting a plumber to do a smaller job for an elderly person was not easy but one call to Mike and he was willing to find a way to get it done even when one small job turned into five hours. I can’t recommend Mike at Lakeview Plumbing enough based on his professionalism on wanting to finish the job and ensure everything worked before leaving. Thank you Mike. BarryAugust 2026Google

About Lakeview Plumbing Services

Lakeview Plumbing Services holds a perfect 5.0 across 285 Google reviews, read September 24, 2026, the highest rating on that many reviews in this ranking. It is a family-owned company working from 241 Fruitland Road in Stoney Creek, which has been part of the City of Hamilton since amalgamation.

The website keeps things simple. It says the plumbers are fully licensed and insured and bring more than 15 years of plumbing experience. The services named are toilet replacement, renovations, leaky pipes, faucets and taps, basement rough-ins and bathroom vanities. Lakeview says it is available 24/7 for emergencies, can give a free quote based on a phone conversation, and includes a 1-year warranty free of charge. The service area covers Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Binbrook, Waterdown, Grimsby and Burlington. The contact email goes to Mike, and his name is on almost every review.

Leané had a burst pipe and said Mike made a stressful situation easier, explained everything and worked quickly. Mary and Don called Mike twice. The second time, their son's basement was leaking while the family was away on vacation, and they said Mike moved his appointments and met them at the house within 20 minutes. Lisa had several slow drains and said Mike not only cleared them but improved their slopes and showed her how to keep them running. EGold found Mike through a Facebook group, had him out the next day, and said he could have charged more but did not. Maureen had a new sink installed and praised his communication.

The flip side of a company built around one familiar face is capacity. The website does not describe crew size, published hours beyond 24/7 availability, or larger services such as sewer replacement or water heaters, and the listed phone number is a 647 number rather than a local 905.

Lakeview suits a homeowner in Stoney Creek, the lower city or the Mountain who wants a careful plumber for leaks, drains, fixtures and bathroom work. It suits less well a large sewer or commercial job. Confirm Mike's Ontario certificate of qualification and ask whether a City of Hamilton permit is needed for rough-in work.
