Editorial Review
Our Take on Our Place Air & Home Repair
What stands out about Our Place is the review volume relative to its size. Nearly 2,300 reviews at 4.8 stars for a single-location company suggests a team that keeps customers coming back rather than one that wins a burst of reviews and fades. The home-repair add-on is a genuine differentiator if your AC problem is tangled up with a bigger house issue.

- Blake5.0Anthony was great to work with. He took the time to actually explain what was going on with my system, showed me the pressure readings and other measurements, and gave me some helpful tips on how to keep everything running properly and hopefully extend the life of the unit. What I really appreciated was that he wasn’t just trying to sell me a full brand-new system. He took the time to find the actual problems with my current unit, fix what needed to be fixed, and explain all of my options. The whole process was efficient, thorough, and really helpful. It’s nice to have someone who actually takes the time to educate you and make sure you understand what’s going on. I definitely left feeling like my system was in good hands and had a lot more peace of mind. Would definitely recommend Anthony and Place Air & Home Repair!September 2026Google
- Karissa Williams5.0Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year, but Anthony with "Our Air" saved the day! He is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable( He even fixed dad's broken fan lol.) What I appreciate most is how quickly he diagnosed the issue and his honest recommendations. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ask for Anthony....September 2026Google

- Andy Rotella5.0Anthony and Nate came out to fix some issues on our ac unit. Both were extremely knowledgeable, helped explain in detail about how everything worked and why they were doing what they were proposing, and also ran extensive tests! Both were great and even came back up our check ups and follow ups to ensure it was all working properly! Highly recommend!September 2026Google
- Danielle Burke5.0Excellent service! Our HVAC technician Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was working properly before leaving. Anthony was friendly, respectful of our home, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s hard to find this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐September 2026Google

About Our Place Air & Home Repair
Our Place Air & Home Repair set out to be more than a single-trade HVAC company, and the reviews reflect it: alongside AC repair and installation, customers describe technicians handling odd jobs and smaller repairs during the same visit rather than sending out a separate crew. That approach has earned the company close to 2,300 Google reviews, an unusually high total for a locally based operation, with a 4.8 average that has stayed consistent as the review count has grown. The West Pine Street location puts the team close to downtown Orlando, and the CAC1819097 license confirms they are certified to do air conditioning contracting work in Florida. For a homeowner dealing with more than just a broken AC unit, that combined-service approach can save a second phone call.
