- Phred Hall1.0I scheduled one of their plumbers for the ¿$92? Coupon kitchen drain cleaning. Isaac was on time used his auger and said it could not get through. He could do a de-greasing process but it would be $360. He reconnected the pipes and pored a solution down the drain. It was cleared. What a surprise that a kitchen sink would have grease! They more than tripled the cost. I think they run a “Bait and Switch” operation. ¿Do you think they ever do a job for the coupon price? They had my trust and now they don’t. - Angelo Hernandez1.0STAY AWAY FROM TIPPING HAT!!!! This place is absolutely awful. We had a full system installed and after 12 hours it completely stopped working. We called them to get them back to fix it and they said the soonest they can come is in 2 weeks! We spent $20,000 on new equipment just for it to stop working. We waited 2 weeks in PEAK summer so sleeping in 85 DEGREES. They came and said they don’t know what is wrong and said they will come back the following day. The following day they stopped responding to us. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!August 2026Google

He DID NOT go looking for UNNECESSARY stuff. He addressed the problem EXACTLY as I explained it. This is a VERY VERY HONEST technician. If you all are looking for an HONEST company use Top Shelf.
