Editorial Review
Our Take on Cool Solution Services
A genuinely narrow focus on Downtown Miami and Brickell, rather than a countywide footprint stretched thin, is the kind of specialization that suits condo owners in that specific corridor especially well.

- Jorge Serrat5.0I’ve been working with cooler solutions for several years. They service my office and home. We just installed a split unit in the garage this morning,( it was done lightning fast!). The owner, Eddie Alvarez is fantastic and always professional with what I feel is very fair pricing. All of their technicians are excellent and the Office staff is great…. I have to mention Josefa In particular, Today we had the opportunity to work with Reynier the technician who did the install on the split unit,(fantastic job!!)September 2026Google
- Turnkey Services5.0Excellent experience with Cool Solution Services. We have worked with their team on a wide range of commercial HVAC projects, including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, coil cleaning, duct-related work, and even the replacement of 15-ton HVAC units. Their technicians have been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and they have been able to support both routine maintenance and larger HVAC projects. Josefa has been especially helpful throughout the process. She is very responsive, organized, and easy to work with. She communicates clearly, helps coordinate scheduling quickly, and always does her best to accommodate our access and timing requirements. We really appreciate the entire Cool Solution Services team and look forward to continuing to work with them on our commercial HVAC needs.September 2026Google

iAbout service coverage
Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. A company will often travel beyond the areas listed here for a large job and decline a small one at the same distance, so confirm your address before scheduling.
About Cool Solution Services
Cool Solution Services has operated in the Downtown Miami and Brickell area for more than 10 years, and its Google page currently averages 4.8 stars across 244 reviews, read September 22, 2026.
The company installs Trane, Rheem, 2Air, and Air3 equipment, and its service list covers air conditioning installation, repair, and replacement, heating system installation, repair, and replacement, full HVAC system overhauls, ductwork installation, duct cleaning, and general maintenance and minor repairs. A 24-hour hotline backs the company's emergency response.
The site doesn't publish a specific Florida CAC licence number, a Better Business Bureau rating, financing details, or written warranty terms, and no individual owner is named beyond a Facebook account associated with someone identified only as Eddy. A direct company email isn't published; contact runs through a form.
Service is notably narrow and specific: Downtown Miami and the Brickell area, rather than the broader Miami-Dade County footprint several competitors on this list advertise.
Cool Solution Services suits a Downtown Miami or Brickell condo owner who wants a company genuinely focused on that specific area rather than spread across the whole county. It suits less well someone outside that immediate footprint, or who wants a published Florida CAC licence number to check first. Ask for the technician's Florida CAC licence number directly and confirm current service area boundaries before booking.
