Ed is an amazing individual. He didn't push freon just to quickly "resolve" the issue. He did a thorough diagnostic test to find the source of the problem. He resolved it quickly and even followed up with us after 3 days to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The service was professional, honest and efficient from start to finish. Evam Canada Inc. has exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.September 2026Google

It had leaks which Ed helped us address, but he advised that the costs in fixing were growing and not worth it in the long term. He helped us identify a good system for our house that was both efficient and cost effective. He was so helpful in his approach which brought us so much reassurance throughout the process. His team was kind and respectful during the installation process, and the work that was done was thorough. Our house is feeling great and we feel good about the upgrade to our a/c system. He helped us to get government rebates for a heat pump and was genuinely a pleasure to work with. - Eduardo Alzamora5.0Our experience with EVAM was awesome. It’s really difficult to know who to trust in the HVAC industry. We were scammed by a very large company that kept pushing us to rent vs replace our furnace and AC. Ed was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and gave us options. He stressed that quality of installation is the most important factor vs brand. He pointed out what was done right and wrong with our old furnace. I verified this through research. Cost-wise he provided us with a very competitive offer vs the 3 other quotes we got. When it came to the installation, Andryi took his time and did a great job. It was a clean and tidy installation. The next day we developed a water leak but Ed foresaw this could happen and installed a 3 way valve in the line to the basement drain in case it clogged. So the water was coming out from there. Even though it was not the installation, Ed came over right away and flushed the line. That valve prevented water backing up to the new AC and furnace. Bottoms line: I highly recommend EVAM for your HVAC needs. Good quality work, excellent customer service, and they are certified dealers and installers for the brands they sell, not subcontractors that are also sales people trying to make commissions any way they can.June 2026Google
