- Bravo Delta Romeo3.0Price was competitive compared to other quotes for the same unit and more work being done, which sounded great. The install was quick but could have been better. It was not level in any direction. They reused the existing pad (30 years old) and didn't center it properly, level it or clear brush (or ask me to clear) the tree root growing under it. The refrigerant sensor inside the house (attached to the furnace) is also crooked, not evek close to level, not sure what they were thinking. I asked the installers if it had a sound dampening blanket and they said no. When in reality it does. I put an inquiry in with Daikin, but took a look and it's factory installed. I asked about annual servicing for warranty purposes and he said I could remove the cover and do it myself and wouldn't affect warranty, which contradicts the Daikin warranty agreement online. Based on this install and a recent competitor install, it appears contractors don't carry levels or care about items be level any more. On top of that, I was left no invoice or information on the warranty (I paid for the additional labor warranty up to 12 years). I have emailed asking for information, but have not got a reply. $7000+ later and I have no proof of installation, proof of unit registration or confirmation of what I paid for. * 2026-08-21 - Reliable got back to me and has corrected the misinformation I received regarding maintenance. They are going to send someone to level the pad/unit and has assured me the invoice is in the mail now. I will update once all of the above has been addressed.August 2026Google
