Everyone we worked with—from Bianca, Reece, Mark, and Dagan to the installers—was helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. One thing that really stood out to us was what the owner did for us. One of our units was delayed, and he didn’t want us sitting in the heat without AC waiting so he personally went out of his way to track down our unit and went to great lengths to get it to us so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer. That really showed us how much they care about their customers. Of course, with a project like this, a few unexpected things came up, but what mattered most to us was that they were there for us and worked through everything with us. We always felt like we had someone in our corner. They also handle all the paperwork and rebates, which made the process much easier and took a lot off our plate. We truly appreciate the team for all the time and effort they put into helping us. It’s reassuring to know you have a company that doesn’t just install your equipment and walk away—they’re there for you throughout the process.September 2026Google

Reece, their Sales Manager, was excellent with explaining the process and responded quickly to my calls with additional questions. As this was a sudden expensive investment there was lots to learn and understand, but a shortage of time as Austin was HOT at 102 degrees and it was a three day holiday weekend. The home and family needed it cooled. I was was very relieved and happy that The Coolest LLC could get it scheduled to install quickly after deciding on which system to purchase. My son oversaw the project and said that the installers, Rigo and Caleb, were professional, punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and focused. They worked well as a team and installed the new system quickly and efficiently, and kept my son updated throughout the installation of a Bryant 4Ton 2-stage 2-zone AC system.
