    So my experience with 416 construction went very well. We had hired them initially just to remove 3 load bearing walls. After that process, we realized that they were very knowledgeable and decided to go further with the whole renovation, Patrick and his father are very knowledgeable and really go above and beyond to make sure everything is the way you would like.     We had an excellent experience working with 416 Construction Design Build on our full custom home project in Toronto. From the initial design meetings all the way through construction and final completion, their team made what could have been a very complicated process feel organized and manageable.<br><br>One of the biggest reasons we chose 416 Construction was that they could handle the entire project under one roof. Their team assisted with the architectural design, drawings, structural engineering, HVAC and mechanical planning, permit coordination, material selections, budgeting, and ultimately the complete construction of the home. Having one team responsible for both the design and the build made a huge difference because there was much less back-and-forth between different consultants and contractors.<br><br>During the design phase, they took the time to understand what we wanted rather than simply drawing a house and moving on. They made several recommendations to improve the layout, room sizes, natural light, storage, kitchen functionality, and overall flow of the home. They were also very helpful when it came to understanding where it made sense to spend more money and where we could save without compromising the finished product.<br><br>Once construction started, the coordination was excellent. 416 Construction managed the different trades, including excavation, concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, millwork, tile, painting, and finishing work. We always knew who to contact and received regular updates as the project progressed. Whenever questions or changes came up, they explained our options clearly and worked with us to find practical solutions.<br><br>The attention to detail throughout the build really stood out. The framing, finishes, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, trim work, lighting, and overall workmanship were completed to a very high standard. They were also very particular about making sure the final details were taken care of rather than rushing through the end of the project.<br><br>Building a custom home in Toronto involves a lot of moving parts, from design and permits to inspections, trades, material deliveries, and hundreds of decisions along the way. Having 416 Construction manage the entire design-build process made the experience significantly easier for us.<br><br>Most importantly, the finished home turned out better than we imagined. It feels completely customized to the way we live, and you can see the quality and attention to detail throughout the house.<br><br>We would highly recommend 416 Construction Design Build to anyone considering a custom home, major renovation, or home addition in Toronto. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a great team to work with from beginning to end.
