  We had previously hired Norseman Construction to do new exterior finishes on our  heritage home while they were doing a substantial renovation on our neighbours home.  We kept in contact with our Project Manager Dave and asked him many questions about various things that popped up on our home (nothing related to the work they completed). He was always quick to help and answer any questions.  Recently the City of Toronto wanted to access our water meter to get a reading and install a new transmitter.  They informed us that the plumber we had hired did not install the meter properly and it would need to be corrected.  We called Dave to come and see the issue and offer us advice.  He came with his own plumber and identified the issue and noted that we had also been sold extra equipment that was not needed for our home.  We were quoted a very reasonable price to make sure everything was to Code and to the City requirements.  The work was completed quickly and everything is working fine.  We are once again very happy with Norseman Construction and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest straightforward answers and quotes.<br><br>J and E

  Norseman did renovations for our semi-detached hundred year old house, and we're really happy with their work. Mohammad and his crew were a godsend. He was calm, direct, extremely helpful and communicated well. He would check in with every decision and while there would be times where our vision would seem difficult to execute on, he would ultimately make it happen. He is industrious and great at what he does. Cleaned up as the job progressed and in the end as well. Our initial call was with Bryan, and he was great as well. Espi from their back office was sweet and accommodating. Great overall experience and we'll use them again for future projects.

  We are very happy with the construction work done by Norseman Construction especially in regard to timeframe and completion.<br><br>We were very satisfied with all aspects including planning, design, permits & variances, house prep & demolition, stair construction, skylights, spray foam insulation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and flooring<br><br>MO, our site manager, was very responsive, worked with us, and kept multiple tasks going to complete all necessary work to complete our home renovation.<br><br>We would recommend their services for any remodeling construction in the Toronto area.

  We had a really positive experience working with Norseman on our home renovation, from the very first conversation through to the end of the project.<br><br>Bryan was incredibly helpful and thorough during the initial discussions and scoping process. He took the time to understand what we were trying to accomplish, answered all of our questions, and helped us think through the project carefully from the beginning.<br><br>Ghalib was also wonderful to work with during the design process. He was professional, thoughtful and genuinely attentive to what we wanted. He really listened to our priorities, especially our need for practical storage and our desire for the space to feel calm, simple and uncluttered. We felt that he understood the direction we were trying to achieve and translated it beautifully into the design.<br><br>A real highlight of the experience was working with our Project Manager, Ezad. He brought such a calm, steady and professional approach to the project. He was patient, attentive and always willing to answer questions or explain what was happening and why. We especially appreciated how transparent he was throughout the process and how consistently he kept us informed. Renovations can be stressful, and Ezad’s manner gave us a great deal of confidence and made the experience feel much more manageable.<br><br>Robert kept a keen eye on the project and always brought a welcome sense of humour along with him.<br><br>Overall, we felt very well looked after by the entire Norseman team. Bryan’s thoroughness at the outset, Ghalib’s care with the design, Ezad’s excellent project management and Robert’s oversight all contributed to a very successful renovation.   Norseman did a reconstruction of my foundation - a stressful project. They walked through every step, met me on site, and helped me to solve layout and other problems as they emerged. The work was very disruptive, but they worked to reduce the impact to my neighbours. Really good app with daily photos and updates, easy reference to progress and documents.

  Norseman has been a great company to work with. They are staffed with a professional and knowledgeable team of project managers and construction specialists who were happy to assist with my home renovation. I was very pleased with their level of communication through regular weekly meetings and updates through the BuilderTrend platform. They were efficient with not only deadlines but also budgets, keeping the project on schedule while maintaining cost effectiveness.<br>I had the pleasure of working with Ezad as my project manager. He was empathic to any issues that came up during construction and was enthusiastic to help solve them. He would promptly respond to any questions and concerns I had over email, text messages, and phone calls, including in the evenings and on the weekends.<br>I am happy to have chosen Norseman to help me with my renovation and would highly recommend them.<br><br>Having completed a second major renovation with Norseman, I can comfortably say they continue to set the standard for construction quality and service. After such a positive experience on our first project, hiring them again was an easy decision, and they delivered the exact same level of professionalism, budget discipline, and clear communication through weekly updates as they did the first time around.<br>​Working with Ezad again as our project manager made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Just like before, he was empathetic, highly responsive at all hours, and proactive whenever unexpected challenges arose. It’s rare to find a contractor that maintains such high standards across multiple projects, but Norseman and Ezad exceeded my expectations twice now. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for a third.
