About A&H HVAC Services
A&H HVAC Services has installed and sold HVAC equipment from a West Warren Avenue location since 2010, and founder Arafat Hachem, who customers know as Alex, brings more than 22 years of overall industry experience to the company he runs.
Services cover residential and light commercial HVAC installation, ongoing maintenance and repair, energy efficiency upgrades, furnace and air conditioning units, ductwork, and chimney work. Free estimates are offered for new installations. The company covers the broader Metro Detroit area and describes serving Michigan and neighboring states for larger commercial work.
Reviewer inaam haidar describes the team as "amazing," taking time to explain the entire process clearly, and Badih Dakhlallah's review describes replacing two full HVAC units with a crew that was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable throughout what the reviewer called a smooth, stress-free process.
The company does not publish a specific Michigan license number, a BBB rating, or NATE certification on its site, and its only listed contact addresses are Gmail accounts rather than a company-domain email, so a homeowner who wants formal credentials verified should ask directly. Social profiles are limited to Facebook, with Instagram and YouTube mentioned but not linked.
A&H suits homeowners who want to deal directly with an owner-operator rather than a large multi-technician company, based on how consistently reviewers describe a smooth, well-explained process. It suits less well someone who wants to verify a specific license number or BBB rating online first. Ask Alex directly for the Michigan mechanical contractor license number before a major installation.
