Jared was incredibly helpful and advised against costly repairs on an old system and got me connected with Joe regarding a new system. Joe was a friendly, no frills sales guy who set me up with a solid system at a good price. Caleb and Dominic stopped by two days later and were in and out with installation in less than 4 hours. Can't say enough about how easy it was to work with AirMaster, and as a new customer, they will be my go-to as long as I'm in the area. He was very personable and was willing to answer any questions I had and didn’t pressure me into any fast decisions. I can understand why he’s rated 5/5. He then scheduled Pat to come within 2 hours to go over the options of possibly replacing the AC and furnace instead of replacing just the condenser. Jared took the right pictures so Pat didn’t need to go through the upstairs unit again to disrupt her work day, which was appreciated. They were both very pleasant and there was no pressure to do anything right away. I ended up replacing my whole unit. Caleb and his crew came on time and did the job and at the end he gave me a run through of my new system/thermostat. I thought the price was fair and financing was easy to work out. 5 starsSeptember 2026Google
