The tech just called me late at night to cancel, and when I told him I thought this was incredibly unprofessional, he responded by telling me he has my address and now he is coming to kill me and my family. He then reiterated it another 5 times before I hung up to file a police report. I called the main company line again and the agent who answered the phone said there was nothing she could do and even refused to give me the contact info for the owner to discuss this. This experience was like something out of a true horror movie. This review is not about price. I have no idea if this is an expensive company or an inexpensive company for HVAC work. We never even got to the point of talking prices. This review is about safety. And if you care about your own life and your loved one’s lives, do not ever, ever, ever contact this company for work. Please feel free to DM me if you want all the true details of this terrible situation.September 2026Google
