  • Maki M5.0I had a great experience with R&R Mechanical Services recently for my annual boiler cleaning and tune-up. The technician, Carlos and his assistant communicated via text message re approximate arrival time range and arrived right on time. Wore a shoe covers inside the house, respect the house. They cleaned all parts inside the boiler, checked all radiators upstairs (water bleeding), and making sure the vent was working. He listed and answered my questions and even gave me some safety tips to watch for. The price was very fair and exactly what was quoted over the phone. Next day, I had to call the company again because I noticed radiators seemed running continuously. The receptionist, Rosa answered (main company number) and listened carefully what’s going on (so that she said she can talk and explain the technician). She made sure to send the same technician, Carlos, as he knows my boiler system. His schedules for the next day was pretty full but Rosa found a time slot that fit my schedule. Carlos showed up on time again next day. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!September 2026Google
