- Sandy Blue5.0Brian Smith is definitely an asset to your company. He has the ability and knowledge to do a complete checkup of the Navian system, including floor heating, furnace, plumbing and heating appointment. Nice to meet a technician who can complete a one-stop fall review for all of our house HVAC systems. Thank you, Brian. See you in the spring Diamond Club checkup.September 2026Google

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Thanks to Hasan’s inspection, the company will be returning to install a new hot water tank, repair my furnace’s collector box, and replace my shower cartridge and handle. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Hasan and Always Plumbing & Heating!September 2026Google

About Always Plumbing & Heating
Always Plumbing & Heating has been working on Edmonton homes since 1998, and with 3,985 Google reviews at a 4.7 average, read September 24, 2026, it has one of the deepest review histories in the city. The shop is at 17633 114 Avenue NW in the Armstrong Industrial area on the west side.
The service list covers plumbing repairs and installations, drain cleaning, water heaters and Poly-B replacement, along with furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning and an electrical team for repairs, upgrades and EV chargers. Always says its technicians are nationally certified, and it holds an A+ rating with the BBB, COR safety certification and an Edmonton Journal Readers' Choice award for 2023/24. It advertises 24/7 service and Google lists it as open 24 hours. Financing is offered at 0% for 24 months on approved credit, and the company backs work with a Five-Star Service Guarantee. A Diamond Maintenance Program adds extended warranties.
Poly-B work comes up again and again in the reviews. Jeff had Jeremy and his apprentice Christian replace every Poly-B line in his home and praised how clean they kept the work area. Steven named the same pair and the office staff, Danielle and Wendy, for the follow-up. Franz said Always's first quote for a hot water tank was higher than two others, but the office matched the lowest, and Ali and Cristal did the install. Stephen wrote that Brian stayed late to get his house working again and even kept the cats from getting out.
Always suits a west Edmonton homeowner planning a Poly-B replacement or water heater swap who wants financing and a large crew. It suits less well someone who wants to deal with an owner directly, since the website does not name one. Ask for the journeyperson certificate of the plumber sent, get the guarantee terms in writing, and confirm who pulls the City of Edmonton permit.
