- Carmen Glossop5.0Add Apollo Plumbing to your list of excellent plumbers. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Connor had all the parts with him when he showed up. I am super grateful to him and the company. Five stars forsure!September 2026Google
- Dorian King5.0Outstanding customer service from Apollo Plumbing. I own a condo in Edmonton and called Apollo about a drainage issue and poorly flushing toilet. I received a quote, approved the work, and Matt returned to complete it. After investigating, Matt determined the problem was actually within the building rather than my suite. Despite the fact that I had already approved the work and fully expected to pay, Apollo didn’t perform unnecessary work and didn’t charge me a single cent. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly honest, and Alexis was excellent to deal with when arranging everything. That kind of integrity and customer service is rare. Apollo has absolutely earned my trust and will be my first call for any future plumbing work. Highly recommended.September 2026Google
- Alex Hill5.0Apollo replaced my water heater and changed over some of my old valves. Very professional and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely use them again.September 2026Google
- Crystal Haydon5.0Connor came out 2 times. One time to fix my leaking toilet, and the second time to fix my leaking sink. He completed the work very well. He was very professional and polite. When I called Apollo plumbing to book my appointments, Alexa answered the phone and she very was pleasant and accommodating. I will definitely call Apollo plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs.September 2026Google
- Andy Le5.0Anthony was excellent! He went above and beyond what was expected. Apollo overall had great communication and timeliness.September 2026Google
- TK Lee5.0Had never heard of them before, having just moved here to Edmonton and randomly picked the name on the search list of Edmonton plumbers who might also do gas fittings. Reception (Alexis?) was friendly, professional, informative, set up everything efficiently in minutes for appointment next week.Technician (Vince) texted 30 mins before and arrived on time, gave free estimate, went out to buy the part needed and returned to complete the job all in a single morning. Similarly professional, answered all questions, good communicator. Highly recommend this business.September 2026Google

About Apollo Plumbing
Apollo Plumbing has been fixing Edmonton plumbing since 1969, and the website says the shop at 14507 130 Avenue NW has been its home since the early days. It is locally owned, and Google shows 761 reviews at a 4.9 average, read September 24, 2026.
Apollo says its team includes licensed master plumbers and certified heating technicians. The plumbing work covers residential, commercial and emergency calls, drain cleaning and repair, hydro-jetting, camera inspections, sump pumps and water heater repair and replacement. On the heating side it handles furnaces, tune-ups, air conditioners and garage heaters. The detail that stands out is pricing after dark: Apollo offers 24/7 emergency service and says it charges no after-hours fees for plumbing emergencies. Financing with 0% interest and no payments for up to 12 months is offered on some installations. The site promises to stand behind its work but does not spell out warranty terms or publish licence numbers.
Reviews point to quick, efficient crews. Martin had Apollo replace his Poly-B with PEX, including a new main shut-off and fixtures, and said the price beat other quotes and the work went faster than the three days others had estimated. Juli said Matt and Tim kept her updated while replacing a hot water tank. Emma, dealing with water in her basement for the first time after a storm, said Anthony explained how the storm affected the house and was honest about what was needed. Melody liked Anthony's diagnostic visit so much she asked for him back for the install.
Apollo suits a north or northwest Edmonton homeowner who wants a long-established local shop, especially for emergencies where after-hours fees add up. It suits less well someone who wants written warranty terms up front. Ask what warranty applies to your job, confirm the journeyperson or master plumber certificate, and check who pulls the City of Edmonton permit.
