Remodel and new-build plumbing is the thread running through most of what this company advertises. Full home rough-in, new construction, ADU and DADU work, kitchen and bath remodels, gas lines for ranges and heaters, and repiping either partial or whole house. That is a different shape of business from the pure service-and-repair vans that dominate a lot of Seattle search results, and it matters when you are choosing who to call. A crew that spends its weeks setting drain, waste and vent inside open walls tends to be comfortable reading a set of plans, coordinating with a general contractor, and thinking a stage ahead about where the shower valve and the steam unit need to land.

That said, the smaller jobs are on the list too. Clogged and slow drains, toilet and bidet installs, garbage disposals, faucet and sink repair or replacement, outside hose bibs, water filtration, ejector pumps, water line repair and replacement, sewer repair, replacement and lining. Water heaters get their own emphasis, tank and tankless both.
