Editorial Review

Our Take on Columbus Worthington Air

Ninety years in business and the largest Bryant Factory Authorized dealer designation in the area are hard credentials to match, and a 4.8 average across more than 7,000 reviews backs that scale up. Reviewers who mention shopping multiple quotes before choosing this company are a useful signal that it competes well head-to-head, not just on brand recognition.

About Columbus Worthington Air

Columbus Worthington Air has operated in central Ohio since 1936, giving it more than 90 years of continuous local history, and it markets itself as the largest Bryant Factory Authorized dealer in the region, holding Premier Bryant Dealer status. It's also an ACCA member and holds Ohio license #47543. The company carries a 4.8 rating from 7,212 Google reviews, read September 22, 2026, one of the highest review totals of any HVAC company operating in Columbus.

A 90-year run is an unusually long track record in a trade where companies change ownership, get acquired by regional rollups, or simply close far more often than they mark a 90th anniversary. Columbus Worthington Air reports supporting more than 50,000 residential and commercial customers over that span, a scale that few of the other companies in this ranking can match.

Reviewers describe a consistent installation experience: technicians who show up on time, walk the homeowner through the finished system, answer questions, and clean up thoroughly afterward. Multiple reviews specifically mention comparing three or more quotes before choosing Columbus Worthington Air, suggesting the company holds up well in head-to-head comparisons rather than winning jobs on price alone.

The company's current promotions include a $59 seasonal HVAC tune-up and $50 off any service repair over $200, and it services Columbus alongside a wide list of surrounding communities: Marysville, Grove City, Worthington, Hilliard, Delaware, Lewis Center, Blacklick, Powell, Galloway, Westerville, Gahanna, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, New Albany, Dublin, Bexley, Canal Winchester and Grandview Heights.

Columbus Worthington Air's site doesn't publish specific team member names, detailed warranty terms, or an explicit 24/7 emergency claim on the pages reviewed, and no storefront, truck or team photos were found; those are worth confirming directly.

For a Columbus homeowner who wants the scale and manufacturer backing of the area's largest Bryant dealer, with a 90-year local track record behind it, Columbus Worthington Air is a strong, heavily reviewed option, particularly for anyone comparing multiple quotes on a full system replacement.
