About DHEM Heating & Cooling
DHEM Heating & Cooling operates from a Rymal Road East location in Hamilton, and its Google page currently averages a perfect 5.0 stars across 54 reviews, read September 22, 2026, the smallest review base in this ranking but a spotless one.
The company's branded service vehicle displays its TSSA licence number, FS-R-52947, directly, and the site states the company is WSIB insured and Skilled Trades Ontario certified, alongside sheet metal fabrication work that most residential HVAC shops don't handle in-house. The service list covers heating, cooling and air conditioning, heat pumps, smart home controls, water heating, ductwork and ventilation, indoor air quality, and maintenance and service plans, with brands including Tosot, Navien, Lennox, Rheem, and Aprilaire.
DHEM states its emergency HVAC service "responds fast across Hamilton and the surrounding areas, day or night," a specific claim rather than a vague 24/7 label. Free quotes are offered through the site, though financing and specific warranty terms aren't detailed. A direct company email, service@dhemhvac.ca, is published. No individual owner is named on the site beyond a single technician, Saned, mentioned in a customer testimonial.
Service reaches Hamilton and the surrounding area, though the site doesn't list specific neighboring communities the way several larger competitors do.
DHEM suits a homeowner who wants a smaller, TSSA-licensed shop with real sheet metal capability and genuine day-or-night response, especially someone comfortable with a newer, smaller review base. It suits less well someone who wants a long list of named staff or detailed warranty terms to review first. Ask for the technician's TSSA licence number to confirm and current warranty terms before booking.
