- michael lambert5.0Guthrie & Sons, who I have worked with for 20+ years has been taking care of HVAC equipment in my current condo (not theirs, it came with the condo when I bought it) for 3+ years now. Guthrie and team continue to keep my equipment running soundly…today, they took apart some of the AC insides and found some moisture and discoloration suggesting it might eventually become moldy on the interior of the operating unit due to age. They recommended a deep cleaning which was not cheap but I think it’s the price I pay for continuing to used aged equipment. And I always know I can trust them because I've known the Brothers for many years thru many places I've owned. But they treat everyone this way! They always show up on time...their staff is always knowledgable, efficient, respectful of my time...September 2026Google
