    About 6 weeks ago, I had three appliances that needed repair, and Honest Guys Appliance Repair truly lived up to their name. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their honesty — even though repairing two of the appliances would have made them more money, they told me upfront that the repairs weren’t worth it and explained exactly why. That kind of integrity is rare. They even made recommendations on what brands to buy for reliability to replace the ones that were broken (to be fair the dishwasher was from 2009, and the garage fridge was from 2011) The one appliance that was worth fixing was handled quickly and expertly. I really appreciated their clear communication, genuine care, and commitment to doing what’s best for the customer. About a month later I had a separate issue with different appliance (it rains when it pours it seems) and they were the first call I made and that was fixed quickly. I highly recommend Honest Guys Appliance Repair. If you want a company that puts people before profit, this is the one to call.

    Miss diagnosed my problem with my gas oven told them It needed a new ignider the guy came in no socks on his feet. According to my wife, opened oven door for about 2 minutes closed it and said we need to get a new oven Needs a new gas valve not available. Got a referral for a very good appliance parts supplier,Technician came in diagnosed. It needed a new ignitor problem solved done in 1 day. Told me not to buy a new stove. Mine was a very good one. Oven works like a charm now happy i don't have to buy a new one; Im in the hvac business and there are alot of technicians that like to replace instead of repair. My fault should have known better ( too busy)
