- Cody Templeton5.0We used Horizon for replacing our two furnaces, adding central AC, and a new water tank. They were fantastic for all of them. They were one of the only companies in town willing to replace the two furnace setup with a single modulating furnace with zoning dampers, which has worked beautifully through both heating & cooling seasons. The central AC has been a godsend. The entire setup is so quiet, especially for heating, that oftentimes I don't even know it's on at all. The new piping and ductwork they did has freed up a ton of headroom in the basement, giving us a few dozen more square feet of usable space, and that's in addition to the space (and annual upkeep) we have saved by ditching one furnace. The guys on site were polite and considerate - Ramey, Walker, Jason, Kyle, Nathan, Brandon and I think I'm missing a couple - so that the whole process, which took about 3 days, was as painless as possible. Highest possible marks across the board here - fantastic service.July 2026Google

Office Staff and quoting process was seamless and hassle free. To top it off, they sent out Nathan and Paul to do the removal and replacement.
