    We contacted Mike after reading his excellent Google reviews, and we're so glad we did. We needed three new locks installed. Mike took the time to recommend the right locks for our needs, which we purchased from Home Depot, and then installed them quickly and professionally. In addition to the lock installation, he also adjusted two doors that weren't closing properly, and they now work perfectly. We did run into a small issue with one of the locks—but it wasn't Mike's fault. Home Depot had given us an open-box lock that contained an incorrect extra key, something I hadn't noticed when I picked it up. Mike handled the situation with patience and professionalism, making sure everything was resolved. One thing we especially appreciated was how clean and meticulous he was. He made sure the work area was spotless and left absolutely no mess behind. Throughout the entire process, Mike was polite, knowledgeable, punctual, and very easy to communicate with. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was done right really stood out. I would highly recommend Mike's Locksmith Service to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional locksmith. Excellent service from start to finish!

    Highly recommend Mike. I called about a problem with my front door lock and he responded the same day, arriving within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong, and ordered the required part. Once the part arrived, he returned and completed the repair.     We had an excellent experience with Mike and couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Our front door handleset had stopped working, and we were worried we’d need to replace the entire set—especially since the manufacturer no longer makes that size gripset. In addition to that, a previous emergency locksmith (who ripped us off) had replaced our deadbolt with mismatched silver trim, which didn’t go with the original black hardware at all. When my husband called Mike to ask about our options, he immediately reassured us that we didn’t need a full replacement and that the mechanism could likely be repaired. That alone saved us unnecessary expense. Mike arrived promptly for our appointment and was an absolute pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He replaced the deadbolt so it now perfectly matches the rest of the set, installed a new latch bolt and spindle, and made everything look and function like brand new. On top of that, he rekeyed the new deadbolt so we could continue using our existing keys, which was incredibly convenient. The quality of his work was outstanding. Honestly, he did such a great job that we probably won’t need his services again anytime soon—but if we do, we wouldn’t hesitate to call him. I highly recommend Mike to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled locksmith.
