I had water damage in my lower level. I called OAKTREE carpets and flooring to see if they could repair the damage with my leftover carpet. They had done the original installation 7 years ago and did a superior job. KAYA arrived and did a fabulous job. The two men were polite and the job they did could not have been done any better. I barely had enough carpet for the repair but they made it work and it looks brand new. I could not be happier. BRAD at OAKTREE pulled this all together for me .. he was fantastic !!! Linda Moffatt

Second time in 6 years I've chosen Oak Tree for new carpet in my condo. I would not shop anywhere else. Exceptional and personal service from Brad and Cole at the front desk. Special acknowledgement to Kaya the installer for accommodating me into his busy schedule on short notice. Five Wonderful Stars for Oaktree Carpets!!

Company Background

About Oaktree Carpets & Flooring

Oaktree Carpets & Flooring is a flooring store at 1615 32 Avenue NE in Calgary. Its installation page lists carpet, vinyl plank, area rugs, engineered hardwood and commercial carpet, and says customers can choose in-stock or order-in product, get a quote based on approximate square footage and have the work done by certified installers. It says a typical installation takes one to two days and that installers review the finished work with you and advise on care.

The company states that it stands behind the work its installers do. No warranty length is published on the page we read, and no email address is listed. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, closed Sunday.

Reviews are specific. Cole is praised for explaining carpet differences in the showroom, Amber for helping a buyer move from grey carpet to wide engineered European oak, and Brad for making sure details were handled. Lukas is credited with high-quality installation. A condo board president wrote that Oaktree installed new carpet throughout a condo building, and a couple replaced carpet in three bedrooms after 35 years. 4.9 from 277 Google reviews, read November 1, 2026.

It suits owners of condos and multi-bedroom homes replacing carpet, and buyers who like to choose in a showroom and have a short, scheduled install. It suits less well anyone who wants hardwood sanding and refinishing. Before booking, ask for the written guarantee, ask for the quote to separate material, labour and removal, and confirm the City of Calgary business licence. Alberta does not license flooring installers as a trade.
