    Not everything will work out as planned in construction. I built a new home and moving in next week. I was informed of a delay with the doors because of the tariffs and ripple effect of them which meant me moving in with no doors. Overhead came up with a temporary solution immediately which allowed me to move in and have a secure and accessible garage. This came at additional cost and energy for them and I didn't have to push them at all. They just stepped up. Been in the construction and service industry for all my life and seen the good and bad many times over. It's clear who knows true customer service through actions like this when faced with challenges. Thank you Rachelle, Katherine and Greg.
