Its service area is broad, reaching Hollywood, Inglewood, La Cañada Flintridge, La Crescenta and parts of the Inland Empire and Orange County.
Ductless systems are a real specialty here. Reviews are steady and recent, and one technician gets especially warm praise. Another said Omar diagnosed the problem professionally, fixed the air conditioner, and shared useful preventive maintenance tips. Greg, Tony, Sean, Josh and Jeff are also mentioned.
The Google profile lists Precise Air as open 24 hours. The website does not publish a CSLB license number or warranty terms on the pages we reviewed, so ask for them before signing.
Who it suits: homeowners in northeast LA, Glendale and the foothills who want a Mitsubishi ductless system, or anyone who values a company with 50 years of family ownership and upfront pricing. Who it suits less well: customers who want the license number published before calling.
Before signing, ask for the CSLB number, what the Mitsubishi warranty covers when installed by a top dealer, and for the upfront price in writing.
