Our Take on Sabastian and Sons Plumbing Service LLC
Sabastian and Sons draws real strength from insurance and warranty referrals, with reviewers describing an experienced owner who talks customers out of unnecessarily expensive repairs. - Brandon Mcgee5.0Had another company come in and quote the job, Sebastian and Sons came in just below but comparable in price. However, the level of care and consideration was well above that of the other company. They did good work and were considerate of other potential issues outside of what our current needs were. It’s often difficult to find good/ honest contractors but they will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs. After the service we spent 20+ min on the patio talking life, family, work, etc. They do work you can trust but are also wonderful people who value relationships with their customers and doing right by them.May 2026Google

- Bella R2.0he was a nice guy when he came out for the quote but we had a scheduled appointment for friday and on the day of our appointment he didn’t provide a time frame, wasn’t responding to any of my texts or calls, and didn’t show up. I hope he’s ok! Maybe he just didn’t want to do it but in that case he should’ve just communicated that so I could get a different plumber, as it was a time sensitive leak and I fear his lack of communication could cost me more damage to repair.March 2026Google

About Sabastian and Sons Plumbing Service LLC
Sabastian and Sons Plumbing Service LLC operates out of County Road 10 in Minneapolis, open 24 hours a day, with a 4.6 rating from 115 Google reviews, read September 17, 2026.
Several reviews describe being referred to the company through a home warranty or insurance provider after a first contractor's assessment seemed off. One customer was initially told by a warranty-assigned company that their floor would need to be broken through, at significant cost, then was referred to Sabastian and Sons by their insurance agent and got a more reasonable path forward. Reviewers describe the owner, Sabastian, as having decades of experience and being effective at clearing clogged pipes and handling shower line leaks at a reasonable price.
The record is not uniformly positive. One reviewer described a scheduled appointment where the technician did not show up and stopped responding to texts and calls, a clear contrast to the otherwise strong feedback. That inconsistency is worth weighing, particularly for anyone booking a firm appointment window rather than an on-call emergency visit.
Sabastian and Sons does not publish a license number, warranty terms or free estimate policy on the pages reviewed for this profile.
Who it suits: homeowners referred through an insurance or warranty claim, or anyone who wants an experienced, hands-on owner-operator for round-the-clock plumbing calls. Who it suits less well: anyone who needs a guaranteed, firm appointment window, given at least one reported no-show.
Before booking, ask for the Minnesota plumbing license number, get a specific appointment window in writing, and confirm a direct phone line in case of a scheduling problem.
