    Sam came to my apartment to replace the rubber lining inside my washer machine and did a fantastic job. Amazing Customer Service give me a call in advance 25min prior to arrival and then called me again when he arrived on site. this allowed me to be prepared for the appointment. He did a fantastic job at replacing the lining. He was very kind and professional. I definitely recommend Sam appliances and repairs.

    Anything in the house needing professional repairs fills me with dread. The thing not working isn't great, but the part that gives me the most anexity is "how do I get this fixed without getting hosed?" - There are some nightmare types out there preying on people. Well, I now know that I don't have to worry about that when my appliances go down, I can just call this guy. I got Sam personally and couldn't be happier with the experience. He came the next day, took care of moving the oven away from the wall while being careful not to scratch wood floors in the kitchen, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate there and then. Two days later the parts were procured and Sam came back and did everything again with the same positive attitude and courtesy. The labour cost was reasonable (the parts are wildly priced now, but that's not Sam's fault), and everything was done well and promptly. This will be the company I contact for any appliance repair needs I have in the future. Thanks for everything, Sam!
