    I had my flat roof above my garage replaced in 2018 by Sanderson Roofing. I noticed this past summer it was leaking onto the plywood underneath which has caused it to turn black. Sanderson came out and inspected it and said part of the roofing membrane had failed and they would give me a quote to fix and repair. It’s only been about 8 years and I thought it should still be under warranty. Well Sanderson never sent a quote and after 3 phone calls and emails never got back to me. Pretty low for what I thought was a reputable company. They’re not standing by their work and just blowing me off. Beware!
