WAVE did an excellent job on the complete reno and transformation of our main bathroom. They have a good showroom and catalogues, and Chelsea helped us make smart choices that worked. The products installed seem to be high quality and the cabinetry is made in Canada, which is important to us. They were delayed in getting started on our reno, but once here, their tradespeople, including main renovator, Kevin, and painters Elvis and Miran, did excellent work. They were also polite and helpful, checked up on our choices with us, and cleaned up well. Owner, Ben, and the entire team checked in with us and monitored the work carefully to make sure we were happy with what was being done. They also didn't charge for materials we didn't use. We're very happy with our transformed bathroom!

Morganne from wave bathroom renovations was very helpful and professional. The installer Nelson was also very professional. Both did an excellent job in their fields.

We had two bathrooms renovated by Wave, and are very happy with the final product.
Morganne guided us through the many options for tile, tubs, toilets and plumbing fixtures and helped keep the project on track through the inevitable hiccups along the way.
Nelson was the sole renovator for almost all of the work; he upgraded the wall waterproofing where necessary and paid careful attention to detail for all of the installations. Grouting and all other work looks very professional. Going above and beyond the renovation work, Nelson pointed out that our existing ceiling in one bathroom had a wet area, indicating a roof leak above it. Thanks to Nelson, we were able to get roofers in before continued leaking could create other problems.
We would have appreciated better communication from Wave prior to our project beginning. Their initial completion date estimate was June 21, and we only found out it would be three months later when we asked them for an update. However, once we had a confirmed start date, there was continuous daily progress that was great to see! We are enjoying the beautiful work they did every day.

Company Background

About Wave Bathroom Renovations

Wave Bathroom Renovations runs a showroom at 4817 99 Street NW in south Edmonton. The company says it has more than 25 years of experience renovating bathrooms in the city, and reviewers name Ben, Chelsea, Adam and installers such as David and Nelson. Ben is the contact on the website.

The pitch is a controlled system. Wave says its installers work for the company instead of being outsourced contractors, so scheduling and quality checks are managed in one place and a single tradesperson stays until the job is done. In the showroom, homeowners can pick from tile, cabinets, countertops and faucets that the company has selected for durability, and the company says a written quote can be produced there in as little as 15 minutes. The company installs only the products it supplies, which keeps the build predictable but limits what you can bring in yourself.

Reviewers describe walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, heated tile floors and freestanding tub installs. They praise on-time, on-budget work and clean job sites. The about page lists limits that matter before you call. Wave does not take condos or apartments with elevators, and it does not take projects more than 1.5 hours from Edmonton.

This is a bathroom-only company, so it does not cover kitchens, basements or additions. It sits low on this list for that reason, although its review base of 138 is the largest of the companies here. Showroom hours are short, with Google showing Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the website saying hours may vary.

Wave has 4.8 from 138 Google reviews, read October 30, 2026. It suits homeowners planning a full bathroom renovation in a house or low-rise. It suits less well anyone with a condo tower, a whole-home project or a need to supply their own fixtures. Before booking, ask for the written quote, the warranty terms, proof of WCB clearance and insurance, and who pulls any permits.

Wave says its installers work for the company rather than being outsourced contractors, so one tradesperson stays on the job and scheduling is managed in-house.
