    A complete transformation!<br>Knights Ridge clearly has a good formula for this line of work.<br>The weekly updates were so consistent and valuable. The timeline was close to expectations, some minor delays outside of their control.<br>To hire a contractor who fully handles everything including managing permitting with the city, they were competitive and they did excellent work. And I also felt that for the most part they would give extras where they could and they negotiated fairly which is what you want.<br>I felt I held up my end of the bargain with communication on payments and being home when required for inspections.<br>We’re happy with the workmanship and look forward to enjoying the space for years to come. Thanks again!

    These folks, just awesome. We selected these folks initially as had great reviews— and they did not disappoint. We had our master bedroom and closet renovated to optimize space, refresh and also soundproof (I deal with phone calls all night on-call). From design to execution, they were transparent, clear and organized in their communication. Shawn is an absolute gem — clearly a great communicator and skilled professional. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be using them again in future projects.

    Just used knights ridge for a full basement renovation. When looking for quotes they explained and broke things down to make it easy to decide what we want, any options available and we found there were no surprises or hidden cost.<br><br>From start to finish the communication was never lacking. Every Sunday I got an email knowing what to expect for the week. Even when we had some questions or last minute small request, Shawn and Flavio were prompt in their replies and easy to get a hold of.<br><br>The only thing that we had trouble with was with their supplier for countertops but when we called Shawn about this issues and challenges we had with them he quickly took over and got cleared things up and we ended getting what we were looking for.<br><br>Project was estimated to take 8 weeks and came in right around that time with a couple small tiny details needing an extra day.<br><br>We've been enjoying our basement so far, what was suppose to be my man cave, has been the families preference to gather to watch tv and play games.<br><br>Any future renos we look at will have knights ridge to complete it. Highly recommend.

    Knight's Ridge renovated our rental property after a flood. By the time we got to doing the actual repairs in the insurance process, we were already exaughsted and cynical with the whole process, but once we chose Knight's Ridge as our contractor everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and frequent. They answered all of our questions, were flexible with a few changes we made and did great work. Don't hesitate to hire them. We're happy we did.
