I contacted Delize to do numerous small renovations on my elderly parent’s home. We were pleased with getting a proposal, negotiating changes to the proposal, signing the contract, and the actual construction work. During the proposal phase, we appreciated how they listened to our situation, proposed alternative possible solutions to achieve our goals, and took into account our budget. Once the work got underway, I appreciated the regular updates on what to expect in the coming days. When they discovered an unexpected problem during construction, (not their fault; the house is just old), they presented us with the options without pressuring us either way. Employees and sub-contractors were courteous, respectful of the home and cleaned up afterwards. We anticipate another project in the next year or so. We look forward to working with them again in the future. I’ve already told my sibling about Delize for their future renovation needs.

Delize was great to work with from the planning to the designing and remodel of our bathroom ensuite. We’ve received many compliments and all work was professionally done in a timely manner.

We bought an existing home and had renovations done to update the home and improve the livability. This included a new kitchen and converting the third bedroom into an ensuite bathroom with walk-in closest and washer and drier on the same level. Our exterior doors were also updated as was a kitchen window. The Delize team were very helpful with design ideas from picking out tiles, fixtures, room layouts and finishes. They were very professional in managing and completing the work and very attentive to our questions and concerns.

We recently had our bathrooms renovated by Delize. I just have to say they turned out absolutely stunning. They do wonderful work, and are some of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks again for transforming my bathrooms into a beautiful space.

Delize Inc. did an excellent job on my bathroom renovation. The team was professional, communicative, and detail-oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on schedule, and the final result looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Delize Inc. to anyone looking for quality renovation work.

Over the past decade, we’ve had multiple projects completed by the Delize team, both inside and outside our home. They are consistently respectful, professional, punctual, and reliable—always completing the work on schedule and leaving the site spotless. The quality of their bathroom tiling is particularly impressive, and regardless of the size or complexity of the project, they always deliver exceptional results.

Company Background

About Delize Inc

Delize Inc works from 4954 89 Street NW in south Edmonton and serves the city and surrounding area. Benjamin VandenBrink says construction was his passion from childhood and that he began leading his own projects in 2003. The company name blends the middle names of Benjamin and his wife Charlene, and the business grew from a basement storage room, a car and an old utility trailer in 2008. Benjamin moved into the office in 2015 and now estimates projects and leads the team.

The renovation menu covers whole-home, kitchen, bathroom and basement work for homeowners, plus commercial, not-for-profit and specialty projects. Delize also runs interior design services. The Our Story page names a deeper team than most Edmonton contractors list: Sarah Taylor is the interior designer and estimator, Keagan Brooks is the project manager and holds a Red Seal in cabinet making from NAIT, and Igor Bilgildeev is a Red Seal journeyman carpenter with more than 20 years in residential renovation. The company renovated the Bent Arrow kitchen in 2020 as a community project.

The home page says Delize is licensed and bonded with Service Alberta. It does not list a licence number, a warranty length or WCB details, so ask for those in writing. Reviews on the site praise respectful, punctual crews, a spotless job site and tile work in bathrooms.

The Google rating is 4.5 from 108 reviews, read October 30, 2026, which is the lowest on this list but still above the cutoff and backed by a large review base. Hours are weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Delize suits homeowners who want a general contractor with a visible team for a kitchen, bathroom, basement or whole-home renovation. It suits less well someone who needs weekend availability or a posted price list. Before booking, ask for the itemized contract, proof of insurance and WCB clearance, warranty terms in writing, and who pulls permits.
