We read Google Maps results for "home remodeling contractor in Edmonton, AB" and "renovation company Edmonton" on October 30, 2026, then ran follow-up kitchen, bathroom and basement searches to fill the list. Each company had to be operating, rated 4.5 or higher from at least 50 Google reviews, and show an Edmonton street address, a working website, a logo and real project photos. We rejected home addresses, suburban addresses outside the city, firms with too few reviews, exterior-only and foundation companies, multi-city sites, companies whose website address did not match Google, and sites that were down. The first four companies follow Google's order across the two main searches. Delize Inc, Towne & Countree Kitchens and Wave Bathroom Renovations were found in the follow-up searches and come after them, with the general contractor ahead of the two specialists. Mode Built lists a suite address, so book a visit. Where a website did not state a licence or insurance number we say so. No company paid for a place.
