I don't know about anyone else but it is rare to have an actual person, and not an automated system answer the phone. Megan was professional, and intently listened to me about my AC issue. She did what she could to get someone out for service. Their technician Jason came out as promised, on the very same day I called. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and had our Trane AC unit up and running. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and explained what he did to fix the issue. Really nice guy. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.September 2026Google

  • B Bird5.0i have been using wilk's air for more than wdecade.i have used them because every single tech that has come to my house has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. i am on their service package which includes semiannual checkups (spring and fall) to thoroughly inspect and service my indoor and outdoor units. i have only called them once for a sort of emergency. i received a couple emails from my thermostat saying the outdoor unit had lost contact, and high pressure over specifications. i called them late in the day, but they dispatched a tech the next day. he was here for an hour, checking the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit. he measured the temps at every vent, twice. he crawled into my attic to inspect the ductwork. he offered some suggestions regarding my vents and ductwork; just a completely thorough inspection of my entire system. that's why i continue to choose wilk's. they never disappoint.September 2026Google
