EZ Air Conditioning & Heating has spent 25-plus years building a Carrier President's Award-level relationship with one manufacturer, which shows up in how confidently the company handles Carrier equipment specifically. About EZ Air Conditioning & Heating

EZ Air Conditioning & Heating has worked San Antonio and the surrounding region since 2000, giving the company more than 25 years of hands-on experience with the systems, climate and homes unique to South Texas. The company operates out of Bandera Road and extends its service area across Bexar, Kendall, Bandera and Medina counties.

EZ Air's standout credential is its relationship with Carrier: the company describes itself as the most decorated Carrier dealer in the region and has received the Carrier President's Award, a recognition Carrier reserves for a small number of top-performing dealers nationwide. That specialization shows up in the company's approach to installations, tune-ups and repairs, where deep familiarity with one manufacturer's equipment line translates into faster, more confident diagnosis.

Services span full heating system replacement, quick AC repair, routine maintenance, smart thermostat upgrades, ductwork fixes and same-day emergency repairs. The company positions its certified technicians as bringing both proven reliability and advanced HVAC technology to every job, backed by flexible financing plans for homeowners spreading out the cost of a larger repair or replacement.

What is less clear from the company's site is a specific Texas contractor license number and a defined warranty term for new installations, since the marketing content emphasizes the Carrier relationship and regional experience more than program specifics. A homeowner should ask directly for both before booking a major job.

Anyone hiring EZ Air, or any HVAC contractor in San Antonio, should confirm the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation license number matches state records before signing a contract, and should get the exact warranty terms in writing for any new equipment.
