Editorial Review

Our Take on Rosenberg Plumbing & Air

Rosenberg's ACCA National Residential Contractor of the Year award is not a title handed out lightly, and four decades in San Antonio backs it up with substance rather than just a plaque on the wall. The company's insistence that clients speak to a real person rather than a recording is a small detail that reviewers notice and appreciate.

About Rosenberg Plumbing & Air

Rosenberg Plumbing & Air, doing business as Rosenberg Indoor Comfort, has served San Antonio since 1986 from its location on Vance Jackson Road. Nearly four decades of operating history culminated in the company being named the Air Conditioning Contractors of America's National Residential Contractor of the Year, a distinction awarded to only one residential HVAC company nationwide each year.

The company holds Texas air conditioning contractor license TACLA22493C and maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Rosenberg's marketing leans on a detail that shows up repeatedly in customer feedback: clients speak to a real person, not a recording, when they call, and the company provides upfront pricing on repairs with no surprise charges added after the fact.

Services span the full range of residential air conditioning work, including AC repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, ductless mini-split installation and indoor air quality solutions, along with plumbing service for homeowners who want to combine calls. The company stands behind its technicians directly, describing its success as built on being San Antonio's trusted source for air conditioning service rather than the cheapest option on the block.

What is less clear from the company's own marketing is a specific parts and labor warranty term for new HVAC installations, since the site emphasizes its award history and customer service approach more than program specifics. A homeowner planning a full system replacement should ask the technician to spell out the exact warranty period in writing before signing.

Anyone hiring Rosenberg, or any HVAC contractor in San Antonio, should confirm the TACLA license number matches state records with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation before approving any work.
