Unlike many other companies I spoke with, they took the time to explain all of my options without any pressure, and every recommendation stayed within my budget. On installation day, Lev was extremely meticulous and worked carefully around the numerous obstacles in my backyard. The finished installation is exceptionally clean and blends in perfectly with the space. After the installation, he took the time to explain all the functions of the mini-split, made sure I was comfortable using the remote, and even showed me how to properly clean the filter to help extend the unit’s lifespan. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers and takes so much pride in their work.
