Branchement et mise en marche quelques jours plus tard par Mohamed avec un minimum de perforations dans la cloison murale. Finition extérieure dans la même semaine par Issam et Hussein. Le mur extérieur fait de brique et de revêtement vinyle a présenté un léger défi mais le résultat final est une finition sur mesure impeccable esthétique. Il s'est excusé des délais et a proposé un rabais sur un futur entretien. Il est toutefois révélateur que ce niveau de sérieux ne soit apparu qu'après la publication d'un avis négatif... NOUS NE RECOMMANDONS PAS CETTE ENTREPRISE. Un vendeur sympathique mais l'expérience se dégrade rapidement. Deux des trois équipements proposés ne respectaient pas la réglementation en vigueur dans notre arrondissement. Les installateurs sont arrivés sans connaître les spécificités du projet, notamment le fait que le compresseur devait être installé sur le toit, et ont tenté de nous faire changer d'avis pour simplifier leur travail. De façon générale, chaque intervenant (électricien, frigoriste, technicien de réparation) a laissé l'impression d'en faire le moins possible. L'installation a endommagé notre patio. Trois passages ont été nécessaires pour tenter de réparer les dégâts, sans succès : le trou a été comblé à la pâte à bois et la marque reste très visible. La communication a été particulièrement difficile tout au long du processus, courriels sans réponse, boîte vocale pleine, surtout lorsqu'il s'agissait de régler les dommages causés par leurs propres installateurs. We were quite impressed by the electricians capabilities as the connections weren't simple in hour home. The unit functions very well with bareky audible noise.
