I called them and they said it was raining so they don’t do service calls in the rain. It did not rain at all where I live. I said they could have called to let me know they weren’t coming. Then the lady said she couldn’t find my information. She soon found it and then said she called and left a message that they don’t service Lennox. There was no message and I’m sure their site says they are a Lennox dealer.She could have said this when I booked my service call a week before. Stay away from this company!!June 2026Google
