About Furnaceguys Heating & Air Conditioning
Furnaceguys Heating & Air Conditioning opened in Saskatoon in 2008 and has grown into the city's most-reviewed heating and cooling company, with 1,894 Google reviews and a 4.9 average read on September 23, 2026. The shop sits on Faithfull Avenue in the north end and dispatches across the city, from older homes in Caswell Hill and Nutana to newer builds in Stonebridge, Holliston and Wildwood.
The emergency line runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For a Saskatoon homeowner that is the headline feature, since a furnace that quits during a minus 35 cold snap can freeze pipes within hours. Reviewers name individual installers often. Eduard gets repeated credit for walking customers through a new heat pump and AC system, and Enrique and Bhavik are mentioned for careful furnace and installation work. One four-star reviewer said the lead technician clearly knew his stuff but a helper left some cosmetic touch-ups unfinished, which is worth keeping in mind on a larger install.
The company lists 0% interest for 12 months on heating and cooling equipment, on approved credit, with furnace plans advertised from about $43 a month and AC from about $48. It installs Amana equipment and also handles water heaters, and its Google listing shows plumbing and electrical work alongside HVAC. It holds Google Guaranteed status and mentions a Consumer Choice award on its site. The site does not publish a gas contractor licence number, so ask for it and confirm it with the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan before work starts.
Furnaceguys suits homeowners who value round-the-clock availability and want to spread the cost of a new furnace over monthly payments. It suits less well anyone who wants a small crew where the same person handles every visit. Before booking, ask which technician will lead the job, what the monthly plan totals after interest-free terms end, and for the licence number.
