- Gayle Ross1.0This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They recently replaced our water heater. We were given a cost estimate which stated it included all materials and labor. After it was installed, they came back to us with another cost for the water heater. They said it needed a dedicated ground fault outlet for another $700. My husband checked with TSASk and was told it wasn’t needed. That is simply ripping people off This is the second tine we have as issues with Centennial Plumbing and Heathing. We joined their “club” , paying a monthly fee that would cover annual maintenance checks on the HVAC systems. A service technician came to check the A/C. After he fiddled around with it, he couldn’t the system working at all. Everything worked prior to his service check. That call cost us $2,000 by the time he replaced a transformer, a control board and our thermostat. The thermostat was only 2 years old. The curious thing about this, is it was the same service technician who told us we needed a dedicated outlet for the lower on the water heater. This company only posts positive reviews on its website. Don’t be fooled! We will never use them again!September 2026Google
