They were very helpful from the phone call, then they called me when the technician was on his way. Mike showed up and checked both areas and gave me a detailed quote. - RoxanneJerry J4.0I was happy that Kyle was able to get my drain fixed,even though I may have problems in the future.I was stunned when he gave me pricing options that were a lot higher than I thought they would be.I agreed to option #1 even though i was not happy with the price.Kyle took about 1/2 hr. to snake the drain before he hit mud, but it did solve my problem for now.I know there was no cost for him to show up, but to pay $535.00 for 1/2 hr. work does not sit well with me.If I do have a problem in the future,I will no doubt go elsewhere for other pricing.
