    *** STAY AWAY FROM CN APPLIANCE REPAIR! *** I paid $89 + tax for a technician to diagnose my KitchenAid microwave. He didn’t even open the panel to properly check the control board, yet quoted me $655 for a replacement. I found the board online for $250 after tax, so they were essentially charging $400 for labour! I trusted their diagnosis, bought and replaced the board myself, and guess what? THE MICROWAVE STILL DIDN’T WORK! The actual problem was a blown fuse that cost just $0.78! When I called to ask what the technician had actually checked, they HUNG UP ON ME instead of providing an explanation. This was a complete waste of money, time, and effort. I expect a full refund of the diagnostic fee. Either the diagnosis was incredibly incompetent or the service was simply not worth the money. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! REPLY: Instead of addressing these reasonable questions, you’re blaming the customer and making sarcastic comments. That’s incredibly unprofessional. I expected an accurate diagnosis and transparent communication, not an expensive guess followed by excuses.

    Absolutely 5 Stars! After being scammed by another company, finding Eduard’s Appliances was an absolute blessing. Eduard is an honest, kind, and highly knowledgeable professional. He was incredibly meticulous while diagnosing my vintage Bosch oven and left my kitchen completely spotless. Because we hit a roadblock with a missing wiring diagram, he couldn’t complete the repair today—but he still promised to keep researching a solution for me. He showed incredible integrity, it is so rare to find a technician with this level of honesty and skill. I will absolutely use him for all my future appliance needs! Highly recommended!
