Coverage is as the business describes it, cross-checked against where its recent documented work is. A company will often travel beyond the areas listed here for a large job and decline a small one at the same distance, so confirm your address before scheduling.
About Hamilton Plumbing Solutions Inc
Hamilton Plumbing Solutions Inc is a smaller Mountain company with a perfect 5.0 across 61 Google reviews, read September 24, 2026. It is listed at 283 East 32nd Street, and Google shows it open from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, closed on weekends.
The website says the company was founded in 2019 by Justin Gulotta, who has more than 23 years in the trade and was drawn to it through his family's plumbing business. The service list covers residential and commercial plumbing, drain cleaning and a sewer camera with a locator, scheduled plumbing maintenance, fixture and water filtration system installation, and water pipe repair with Kitec remediation. Kitec, a plastic and aluminum pipe sold in the late 1990s and 2000s, is a common reason for repiping across the region. The company says it holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and received a 2026 Consumer Choice Award. It also serves Burlington, Oakville, Brantford, Grimsby, St. Catharines and Haldimand County.
Reviewers describe tidy, independent crews. Akhil said Justin sent two plumbers to install a frost-free hose bib and an access panel, that they worked without supervision, and that he plans to use them at his other properties. Stephen said the team arrived on time, explained the issue and the fix, and left everything clean. Rik had outdated poly-B water lines under a kitchen sink replaced with new shutoff valves. Another reviewer said Brady cleared a basement sink drain quickly after a friendly phone call.
There are gaps. Some website pages mention 24/7 availability, but Google lists weekday hours only, so after-hours coverage is unclear. The website does not publish warranty terms, and the contact email is a Gmail address.
Hamilton Plumbing Solutions suits a homeowner or small landlord who wants Kitec or poly-B lines replaced, fixtures upgraded or drains inspected on a weekday. It suits less well a weekend emergency. Ask about after-hours service and warranty terms, confirm the plumber's Ontario certificate of qualification, and check who pulls the City of Hamilton permit for repiping.
